If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, you must not use the Platform.

1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

Trader Node is a self-managed tracking and record-keeping tool designed to help individual traders organise information related to their personal trading activity. The Platform allows users to manually input data such as challenge fees, payouts, business expenses, and private trading account results, and presents that data back to the user in summary form.

Trader Node is not:

• A financial product, financial service, or financial advisory service

• A regulated accounting, bookkeeping, or audit service

• A tax preparation service, tax filing service, or tax advisory service

• An investment platform, brokerage, trading platform, or execution venue

• A custodian of funds, assets, or securities

• A signal service, copy-trading service, or performance management service

• A regulated reporting tool for any tax authority, regulator, or government agency

• A registered financial adviser, accountant, bookkeeper, tax agent, or BAS agent in any jurisdiction

The Platform is best understood as a personal organisational tool — similar in function to a structured spreadsheet — that helps users keep track of information they choose to record about their own trading activity.

2. NO FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR TRADING ADVICE

Nothing on the Platform, in our marketing materials, in our communications, or in any content produced by Trader Node constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation of any kind.

The Platform does not:

• Recommend whether you should trade, invest, or take any financial action

• Recommend any specific prop firm, broker, trading strategy, instrument, or market

• Provide opinions on the suitability of any financial product for your circumstances

• Forecast, predict, or guarantee any trading or financial outcome

Any insights, summaries, status indicators, health metrics, AI-generated summaries, or commentary produced by the Platform are generated automatically from user-entered data and are for informational and organisational purposes only. They do not constitute advice and must not be relied upon as advice.

You should obtain independent professional advice from a licensed financial adviser before making any financial or trading decision.

3. NO TAX ADVICE OR TAX SERVICE

Trader Node is not a tax service. Any exports, summaries, reports, or categorisations produced by the Platform are provided for personal record-keeping convenience only.

The Platform:

• Does not prepare, lodge, or file tax returns

• Does not calculate tax liabilities

• Does not determine the deductibility of expenses under any tax law

• Does not categorise transactions in accordance with any specific tax authority's classification rules

• Makes no representation that any export meets the requirements of the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS), HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), or any other tax authority anywhere in the world

Tax laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. You are solely responsible for determining your tax obligations and for ensuring that any information you derive from the Platform is reviewed, validated, and presented in accordance with the laws applicable to you.

You must consult a qualified, registered tax professional in your jurisdiction before relying on any data from the Platform for tax purposes.

4. NOT A REGULATED FINANCIAL SERVICE (AUSTRALIA)

Trader Node is operated from Australia. The Platform does not provide a "financial service" as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and does not require an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) to operate, because:

• The Platform does not provide financial product advice

• The Platform does not deal in financial products

• The Platform does not make a market in financial products

• The Platform does not operate a registered scheme

• The Platform does not provide custodial or depository services

• The Platform does not provide a crowdfunding service or claims-handling service

Trader Node is also not a registered tax agent, BAS agent, or tax (financial) adviser under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (Cth), and does not provide services that require registration with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).

The Platform is a software tool for personal organisational use only.

5. ACCURACY DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON USER INPUT

Trader Node operates on manual data entry. The Platform does not connect to brokers, prop firms, banks, exchanges, or any third-party financial system. It does not retrieve live market data, account balances, or trading results from any external source.

This means:

• Every figure, calculation, summary, and insight displayed in the Platform is derived exclusively from data you enter

• If you enter incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misclassified data, the Platform will produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misclassified outputs

• The Platform cannot detect, verify, validate, or correct user-entered data

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data you enter

Trader Node makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee as to the accuracy of any output, because every output is a direct function of inputs we cannot verify.

6. TRADING RISK WARNING

Trading financial instruments — including but not limited to forex, futures, contracts for difference (CFDs), commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, equities, and options — involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.

You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance, whether displayed within the Platform, mentioned in our marketing, or shared by other users, is not indicative of future results.

Participation in prop firm challenges, evaluations, and funded account programs carries its own specific risks, including but not limited to: loss of challenge fees, loss of access to funded accounts, denial of payouts, account termination, and changes to program rules by the prop firm.

You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. You should carefully consider your financial situation, experience level, and risk tolerance before engaging in any trading activity. If in doubt, seek independent advice from a licensed professional.

Trader Node does not encourage, promote, or recommend trading. The Platform exists to help users who have independently chosen to trade keep organised records of their own activity.

7. NO AFFILIATION WITH PROP FIRMS OR THIRD PARTIES

Trader Node is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or representative of any prop firm, broker, exchange, payment processor (other than as a merchant customer), financial institution, or trading-related third party.

References to prop firms, brokers, or other third parties within the Platform or our marketing materials are for identification and organisational purposes only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement, or formal relationship.

Your relationship with any prop firm, broker, or third-party service is solely between you and that third party. Trader Node:

• Is not a party to any agreement between you and a prop firm

• Has no influence over challenge rules, payout terms, account terms, fees, or decisions made by prop firms

• Cannot intervene in disputes between you and a prop firm

• Is not responsible for any loss, denial of payout, account termination, or other action taken by a prop firm

8. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFITABILITY OR OUTCOMES

Use of Trader Node will not make you a profitable trader. The Platform helps users organise their existing trading-related records. It does not provide trading skills, market analysis, strategy, mentorship, or coaching.

We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that using Trader Node will:

• Improve your trading performance

• Increase your profitability

• Help you pass prop firm challenges

• Help you retain or grow a funded account

• Help you achieve any specific financial, business, or personal outcome

Any testimonials, case studies, or user stories shared in our marketing reflect the experiences of individual users and are not representative of typical results.

9. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Certain features of the Platform may use artificial intelligence (AI) or automated logic to produce summaries, insights, status indicators, or commentary based on your data.

AI-generated content:

• Is produced automatically from user-entered data

• May contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations

• Is not reviewed or validated by any human professional before display

• Does not constitute advice of any kind

• Should not be relied upon for any decision-making purpose

You acknowledge that AI outputs are inherently probabilistic and that Trader Node makes no representation as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PAYMENT PROCESSING

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Lemon Squeezy for payment processing and subscription billing.

Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's own terms and policies. Trader Node:

• Does not store payment card details

• Does not have access to your full payment information

• Is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of any third-party service

• Is not liable for any loss arising from your use of a third-party service

You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of any third-party service you use in connection with the Platform.

11. NO WARRANTY AS TO AVAILABILITY OR FUNCTIONALITY

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trader Node makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption

• The Platform will be free from errors, bugs, defects, or vulnerabilities

• Data entered into the Platform will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable

• The Platform will be compatible with your device, browser, or system

• Any defect in the Platform will be corrected within any particular timeframe

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We recommend regular use of the Platform's export functionality to download your records.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except for any rights, guarantees, or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory consumer protection laws, Trader Node, its founders, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage arising from or relating to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform

• Any reliance placed on information, calculations, exports, or outputs from the Platform

• Any trading loss, financial loss, business loss, tax penalty, missed opportunity, or other economic damage

• Any error, omission, inaccuracy, or delay in the Platform

• Any data loss, corruption, or unauthorised access

• Any action or inaction by a prop firm, broker, payment processor, or other third party

• Any decision you make in reliance on Platform outputs

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded but can be limited, our total aggregate liability to you is limited, at our option, to either: (a) re-supplying the Platform to you, or (b) refunding the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

13. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trader Node, its founders, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform

• Your breach of this Disclaimer, our Terms of Service, or any applicable law

• Any data you enter into the Platform

• Any reliance by you or any third party on outputs from the Platform

14. JURISDICTION

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Disclaimer or your use of the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, except where applicable law confers non-excludable rights on you to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

If you access the Platform from outside Australia, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

15. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLAIMER

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
